Recap: Philadelphia vs. NY Rangers

Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Benoit Pouliot scored at the 5:30 mark of the third period to lift the New York Rangers to a 3-2 preseason win over the Philadelphia Flyers.

The Flyers' Sean Couturier had tied the game three minutes before Pouliot beat Steve Mason.

Derick Brassard and Darroll Powe each supplied second-period goals for the Rangers, who got 10 saves from Cam Talbot and six spots from Martin Biron.

Max Talbot also lit the lamp for Philadelphia, while Mason finished with 20 saves.
