Recap: Buffalo vs. Carolina

Buffalo, NY (Sports Network) - Brayden McNabb had two goals and an assist as the Buffalo Sabres took a 5-2 win over the Carolina Hurricanes in preseason action on Thursday.

Joel Armia and Johan Larsson each posted a goal and an assist, while Cody Hodgson also lit the lamp for the Sabres, who got 34 saves from Ryan Miller in the win.

Zach Boychuk and Chris Terry each scored for the Hurricanes, who got just 24 saves on 29 shots from Anton Khudobin.
