Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Charlie Beljan fought through a health scare to earn his first PGA Tour title, while Matteo Manassero earned his third European Tour win Sunday and they both made big moves in this week's world rankings.

Beljan soared to No. 159 thanks to his win, and Manassero soared 39 places to No. 46 this week.

The top four in the rankings remained the same with Rory McIlroy followed again by Tiger Woods, Luke Donald and Lee Westwood.

Adam Scott shared fifth place behind Manassero and inched up one to fifth, while Louis Oosthuizen jumped four to No. 6. Oosthuizen lost to Manassero in a playoff in Singapore.

Justin Rose dropped two to seventh, while Jason Dufner and Brandt Snedeker both dipped one. Webb Simpson tumbled two to 10th. Bubba Watson remained No. 11 and followed again by Steve Stricker, Phil Mickelson and Keegan Bradley.

Nick Watney and Ian Poulter exchanged places with Watney up to 15th. Matt Kuchar was 17th again this week and trailed by Dustin Johnson, Peter Hanson and Ernie Els.
