Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Graeme McDowell closed with back-to-back 68s on the weekend to win the Tiger Woods' World Challenge for a second time, and that helped McDowell move to 14th in this week's world rankings.

McDowell, who also won the World Challenge in 2010, jumped 10 spots this week.

Rory McIlroy remained the No. 1 player in the world and he was again followed by Luke Donald, Tiger Woods and Justin Rose.

Louis Oosthuizen took fourth at the Nedbank Challenge and jumped two places to No. 5. Lee Westwood remained sixth, while Adam Scott slid two to seventh.

Jason Dufner was eighth again and trailed by Brandt Snedeker, who inched up one to ninth, while U.S. Open champion Webb Simpson dipped one to 10th.

Keegan Bradley took second behind McDowell and jumped four to No. 11 and that bumped Bubba Watson and Ian Poulter down one spot each. McDowell's move, coupled with Bradley's climb, pushed Phil Mickelson and Steve Stricker down two places to 15th and 16th respectively.

Nick Watney, Peter Hanson and Matt Kuchar were all down one notch. Bo Van Pelt finished third at the World Challenge and moved up three to No. 20 this week.

Dustin Johnson and Ernie Els both fell out of the top 20. Martin Kaymer won the Nedbank and improved four places to No. 28.
