Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Phil Mickelson won the Phoenix Open for the third time on Sunday and that helped him jump 12 spots to No. 10 in this week's world golf rankings.

Mickelson earned his first win in a year as his last title came at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am, which is this week's PGA Tour stop.

Rory McIlroy remained atop the rankings and was trailed again by Tiger Woods, Luke Donald, Justin Rose and Louis Oosthuizen.

Brandt Snedeker, who was runner-up for the second straight week, inched up one to No. 6 and that bumped Adam Scott down to seven. Lee Westwood and Bubba Watson stayed put at eight and nine.

Mickelson moved into the 10th spot and that pushed Jason Dufner down one to 11th. Ian Poulter hung on at No. 12, while Steve Stricker slipped a pair to 13th.

Keegan Bradley, Sergio Garcia, Dustin Johnson, Webb Simpson, Charl Schwartzel and Graeme McDowell all dipped one spot to 14th to 19th. Peter Hanson held steady at No. 20 and Nick Watney dropped two places to No. 21 this week.

Stephen Gallacher won the European Tour event in Dubai and jumped 51 places to No. 60.
