Pettersen up again in women's world rankings

Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Suzann Pettersen won for the second straight week on the LPGA Tour and that helped her move up one spot to No. 6 in this week's women's world rankings.

The top three were unchanged with Yani Tseng followed by Stacy Lewis and Na Yeon Choi. Inbee Park, who finished second behind Pettersen in Malaysia, moved up one spot to 4th.

Shanshan Feng dipped a notch to fifth and was followed by Pettersen. Jiyai Shin slipped one to seventh, while Ai Miyazato held steady in eighth. So Yeon Ryu was fifth in Malaysia and improved one to ninth. That knocked Mika Miyazato down to No. 10.

Paula Creamer held steady in 11th and was followed by Amy Yang, who inched up one. Her move bumped Sun Ju Ahn down to 13. Cristie Kerr and Catriona Matthew stayed put at 14 and 15.

Azahara Munoz and Karrie Webb exchanged spots with Munoz up to 16th. I.K. Kim, Chie Arimura and Angela Stanford remained 18th to 20th.

Carlota Ciganda won the Ladies European Tour event in China and soared 26 spots to No. 58 this week.
