Chonburi, Thailand (Sports Network) - Charl Schwartzel fired his third 7-under 65 of the week on Sunday and cruised to an 11-shot win at the Thailand Golf Championship.

Schwartzel, last year's runner-up, ended at 25-under-par 263. The win for the South African was his first anywhere since donning the green jacket after winning the 2011 Masters. It was his first victory on the Asian Tour and ninth worldwide title.

The 28-year-old had three birdies in the first six holes Sunday. Schwartzel birdied the ninth, a day after he bogeyed the hole. That Saturday bogey was his only one of the week.

Around the turn, Schwartzel followed with birdies at 10 and 11. His final birdie came at the par-3 17th.

"It's been a great week. We had such a good time last year and obviously, I came in second. I do know how the guys feel like as I had the same feeling last year when I lost to Lee (Westwood) by quite a margin," said Schwartzel, who finished seven back last year. "I played some solid golf. I'm very happy."

Reigning Masters champion Bubba Watson also fired a 65 on Sunday and he shared second with Thailand's Thitiphun Chuayprakong (70) at minus-14 at Amata Spring Country Club.

Sergio Garcia (70) took fourth at 12-under 276, while Westwood (70) shared 11th at minus-9 with Ryo Ishikawa (70) and two others. Nicolas Colsaerts (71) tied for 15th at minus-8, while Hunter Mahan (73) and Darren Clarke (72) were among six players that ended at 5-under 283.
