Sandy, UT (Sports Network) - Real Salt Lake was the only team to make a selection in Monday's MLS Waiver Draft, picking up former Columbus Crew midfielder Cole Grossman.

The 23-year-old was selected 28th overall in the 2011 MLS SuperDraft by the Crew, and he featured in two league games during his rookie campaign and 10 matches, including five starts, this past season.

A product of Duke University, Grossman has scored one goal in just over 500 minutes of MLS action, and he will join Salt Lake when the team opens its preseason camp in January.
