Englewood, CO ( - Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning is OK to play Sunday night against the Kansas City Chiefs, interim head coach Jack Del Rio reiterated Friday.

Manning missed practice Wednesday because of a high right ankle sprain that was aggravated in last week's win at San Diego but returned on a limited basis Thursday and was a full-go on Friday.

He was listed as probable on the Broncos' injury report.

"They don't have a 'definite' category on there, or I would check it off," Del Rio said.

Manning had an MRI Monday that showed he aggravated the ankle sprain. He took several rough hits against the Chargers and came up limping after throwing a fourth-quarter completion that helped seal the win.

The Broncos (8-1) trail the undefeated Chiefs by a game in the AFC West.

Denver cornerback Champ Bailey is doubtful to play because of a nagging foot injury that has kept him out of all but two games. He has missed two straight games and was limited in practice all week.

Linebacker Nate Irving (shoulder) is questionable to play after missing practice Wednesday and being limited on Thursday and Friday.
