Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Jamie Donaldson and Brian Gay both posted come-from-behind wins on Sunday and with that, both made big moves in this week's world golf rankings.

Donaldson jumped 18 spots to a career best ranking of 29. Gay, who hadn't won in three years, soared 180 places to No. 116.

The top three players in the world remained unchanged. Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods, who both missed the cut in Abu Dhabi, remained first and second and are trailed again by Luke Donald.

Justin Rose coughed up the title in Abu Dhabi, but the runner-up finish helped him inch up one to No. 4 and that pushed Louis Oosthuizen down to five. The next six were unchanged with Adam Scott followed by Lee Westwood, Brandt Snedeker, Bubba Watson, Steve Stricker, Jason Dufner and Keegan Bradley.

Ian Poulter and Dustin Johnson exchanged spots with the Englishman up to 13th. Webb Simpson remained No. 15 and was trailed by Charl Schwartzel and Graeme McDowell.

Peter Hanson improved a pair to 18, while Sergio Garcia slipped a notch to 19th. Matt Kuchar climbed two spots round out the top 20. Phil Mickelson dipped three to 22nd this week.
