San Diego, CA (Sports Network) - The San Diego Padres on Tuesday officially agreed to terms with pitcher Luke Gregerson on a one-year contract. In addition, the club signed pitchers Freddy Garcia, Tim Stauffer and Arturo Lopez to minor league contacts with an invite to spring training.

Gregerson's deal is reportedly worth $3.2 million.

The 28-year-old Gregerson appeared in 77 games last season, going 2-0 and recording career-bests in ERA (2.39) and saves (9).

Over four seasons with the Padres, Gregerson owns a 11-14 record with a 2.92 ERA in 290 games, all in relief.

Garcia spent the past two seasons with the New York Yankees and last year was 7-6 with a 5.20 ERA in 30 games, including 17 starts. He posted 12 wins in 2011 after a 12-win season with the White Sox in 2010.

The 36-year-old right-hander broke in with Seattle in 1999 and won 17 games. He owns a career mark of 152-101 with a 4.15 ERA in 359 games, all but 15 as a starter, for the Mariners, White Sox, Phillies, Tigers and Yankees.

Garcia was an All-Star with Seattle in 2001 and 2002, and won a World Series with the White Sox in 2005.

Stauffer made just one start for the Padres last season, missing much of the year while on the disabled list. The right-hander has gone 23-31 with a 3.94 ERA in 96 career games (70 starts) with San Diego.

Lopez pitched for team Diablos Rojos del Mexico of the Mexican League in 2012, going 6-7 with a 6.44 ERA over 37 games (16 starts). The southpaw made his MLB debut for the Padres in 2009 with four relief outings, his only action in the big leagues.
