Rory McIlroy, Tiger Woods, Luke Donald and Louis Oosthuizen grabbed the top seeds in their respective brackets, while defending champion Hunter Mahan received a sixth seed in Woods' bracket.

Mahan, who was seeded sixth last year, downed top-seeded McIlroy with a 2 & 1 victory.

Mahan made his way into the final with a 2 & 1 decision over 10th-ranked Mark Wilson in the semifinals, and then built an early lead over McIlroy, who was 4-down with eight to play before making a run.

McIlroy got back within two over the next four holes, but failed to make a birdie at the 17th and conceded the title to Mahan.

Golf Channel will have coverage all five days. Their coverage on Saturday and Sunday will be early, before they hand off to NBC for the rest of the round.

The PGA Tour heads to Florida next week for the Honda Classic, where McIlroy earned his world No. 1 ranking following a 2-stroke victory over Woods in 2012. The European Tour returns to action next week with a new event, the Tshwane Open in Centurion, South Africa.

LPGA TOUR

HONDA LPGA THAILAND, Siam Country Club (Pattaya Old Course), Chonburi, Thailand - World No. 1 Yani Tseng seeks to win her third straight title at this event after topping 2010 winner Ai Miyazato last year.

Tseng birdied the final two holes to finish with a 19-under-par 269 and hold off Miyazato, who ended a shot back at minus-18, and repeat as champion.

Tseng entered the final round trailing by one, but carded a 6-under 66 to overtake Miyazato, who closed with a 68.

The lone member of the top 20 ranked women's golfers in the world not participating in this event is 20th-ranked Chie Arimura.

Rising 15-year-old amateur Lydia Ko is also in the field and will be looking to build on her third-place finish at the Women's Australian Open, which moved her into 26th in the world rankings.

Golf Channel will have tape-delayed coverage of all four rounds.

The LPGA moves to Singapore next week with the HSBC Women's Champions. Angela Stanford took home her fifth LPGA title by outlasting Jenny Shin, Shanshan Feng and Na Yeon Choi in three playoff holes last year.

WEB.COM TOUR

PANAMA CLARO CHAMPIONSHIP, Panama Golf Club, Panama, City, Panama - Edward Loar scrambled after a slow start to capture his first tour victory at this event last season and will now try to become the first player in Web.com history to successfully defend his title.

Loar had three bogeys and a triple-bogey during his final round before a birdie and two pars over his final three holes allowed him to hang on for the win despite carding a 4-over 74.

He ended the tournament with a 4-under 276, one stroke ahead of Cameron Percy, Ryan Armour, Luke List and Brian Smock.

This year's field includes former major champions Rich Beem, Todd Hamilton and Shaun Micheel, as well as countless former PGA players as there is no opposite PGA event this week.

There is no television this week.

The Web.com tour moves to Bogota, Colombia, next week for the Colombia Championship, where Skip Kendall birdied his final hole last year to take a 1- stroke victory over Andrew Svoboda and Andres Gonzales.
