Bradley County Family Brings National Attention To Child Custody Cases

If everyone would start looking at how illegal and uncaring the family court system has become the entire nation would be screaming. As a Non-Custodial Parent you are stripped of the very rights the courts and judges are sworn to uphold. There is no due process what so ever, and if you mention your rights in court as I did, you are likely to have your life threatened. The United States Constitution guaranteess our right to raise our children, and with NO Crimes Committed these so called family courts strip our rights and limit visitation. All that so the state and the county can collect rewards and incentives from the federal governments Title IV-d program that steals its money from every citizens Social Security Fund. Divorve, custody and Child Support have become a very large business to the states and counties and it is NOT in the best iinterest of anyone but them. Stand up for the United States Constitution or lay down in the Socialism our elected officials are pushing us into.

Regardless of anyone's feelings about how the courts handle these matters, what kind of parent would blast their child all over t.v. and the national media, unless of course, he or she was using it to gain an advantage in the court and w/public sympathy. My guess is that there is a lot more to this than meets the eye. No one, of course, has looked at the court papers and covered that. There are 2 sides to every coin.

I cried as I saw that father talking about what he wants for his daughter. Because I too am going thru this type of injustice. Woman are automatically assumed as the "best interest of the child" without due justice. I am against domestic violence and it is unmanly to attack a woman or a child. There are those cases though that are untrue and are used as a stepping stone to force a parent out of the child's life and because of the way Protection from Abuse cases are handled men are guilty until proven innocent. That is unconstitutional. Woman and men both are perpetrators of keeping a child from equal access to both parents, but studies are showing that woman are more likely to create Parent Alienation, and womans rights groups are trying desperately to say it's not happening, or doesn't exsist. I would challenge any of those Womans rights groups to come and listen to one of the many shows that the organization Splitntwo has done on the website talkshoe, and once they listen to some of the kids that are on this show talking about what Parent Alienation has affected them, please tell me this is something that "doesn't exists" I wish the family court system would become educated and truly look at what the child wants and not always look at the cookie cutter " the best interest of the child."
