NASA Mars Video Shows Mysterious Figure, Is It A Man?

I wish i knew the answer to every mystery, but i can't cuz the answer to every mystery OF THE UNIVERSE is tooo much for mankind to handle, in my opinion. It'll make us become like crazy cuz the answers can be really shocking!!!!!!Wat if that figure is actually a life form?Scientists said that Mars was like Earth one time, then global warming or some kind of destruction came to befall on that planet and ended up, now, like this hot red planet! So that figure can be a life form (A human being type of some sort) left from the destruction of the planet! (P.S i'm not saying this is all true, i'm just trying to say that anything is possible in this world.);)

think about it we all no it is a rock we no that it does not move so you have to think someone did build it that is for sure no question about it so all the debate that we had over the years there is now proof but some people are thinking could this be fake could we of done this but the anwser is no cause since when do astronaut take clay and make a weird lookin guy and put it on mars and take a pic just think hard the proof is and there has to be more proof

Perhaps it is a marker or symbol of some sort left by an alien species to show that they were there sort of like a flag or stone statues like the inuits build!

I don't understand why god(or budda or whom ever you believe created the universe)would create such a big universe and only one life form in this big place, you would think god(or budda or whom ever you believe created the universe)would be smarter than that, right? Think about that, there HAS TO BE some other life form somewhere, you people disapoint me, TO THINK THAT YOUR GOD, OR BUDDA OR WHAT EVER THE HECK, WOULD BE DUMN ENOUGH TO MAKE A HUUUUUUGE UNIVERSE AND ONLY HAVE ONE LIFE FORM? The picture of the human form shown on a rock in mars is really only a political pollster to tell us which way the little green mens vote is going to go in the upcoming party elections for president.They figure the american mind is not capable of deciding for theirselfs the best candidate for the job.

Very interesting! This was taken back in November and only now being shown? NASA would not publish something that was showing life outside of the realm of what we call intelligent life. Not yet that is. So far almost every comment that can be made are valid. Observe!!!

Granted it could be anything: an eroded rock formation, trick of light and shadow, a prankster at NASA perpetrating a hoax. But IF it is a real image, and IF the object is in reality as it appears here -- so human-like in form, then it begs the possibility of an origin other than through natural physical forces like erosion. That is, its creation would involve humans or aliens (could be a statue, a mummified corpse, or perhaps a living creature). I have seen it described as being only inches tall, however I don't know if this is a verified fact. They should go back and analyze it, at least get better pictures and video.

IT WOULD BE SELFISH TO THINK WE ARE THE ONLY (OR ONLY INTELLIGENT) LIFE FORMS IN THIS GREAT BIG UNIVERSE. IT COULD BE AN ALIEN ON HIS VACTION.... GREAT ATMOSPHERE AND NOBODY ELSE AROUND TO DICTATE RULES...

lets not forget, this is a still picture.we see what "they" want us to see.if there is other life out there, the only explination as to why a space craft hasn't landed in the middle of CBD yet , is because whats out there is not friendly, its hostle.

Don't get me wrong, I believe there are other "beings" out there. To belive we are the only ones I think would be ignorant of us. But with this being the only visual we have...let's not get too excited. Chances are it's some sort of rock and the way the light is hitting it is casting shadows. From our position (and at this time the only one we have) it looks to be something it's not. The only way we would be able to have a better idea of what it actually is, is to get more pic's or better yet-video.

I looks like Big Foot. What if at one point in time when mars was warm enough to have live there was life. And now they moved closer to the Core to stay alive and warm. Is that not what we would do. Since caves generally stay at the same temp all year round. Now they have found a way to travel through space and they are walking the earth as "BIG FOOT". Just an Idea.

I personally believe that there is intelligent life on some maps and we should help the martians from Mars.

i think that this could be a person or living being but you never know it could be a trick to get u excited if there was really someone "walking" they should have taken more pistures and put them in order that way u could see if the thing was alive because it would be in a different place between pictures

I viewed the full resolution of the full image this detail came from at another site, and much of the rock in the larger view definately showed what looked like the Martian version of shale, with layers clearly showing. Shale is a sedimentary rock, which indicates the presence of water at one time. If Mars was once covered with water as some scientists surmise, then the shape we see might have have been scoured out of a softer form of stone by flowing liquid mixed with the sand that appears to be abundantly present. I find stuff like this all the time in the stream beds of upstate N.Y. At the right angle, in the right like, and viola, a work of art wrought by the hand of nature and chance.

Hey you never know their species could be different from ours. They could be made of rock and maybe they don't live on the surface of Mars. Like the other picture taken in 2001 that shows a face on the ground. Don't think im crazy or anything but what makes us think that we are the only living creature in this vast universe.

Too bad we couldn't see actual video just to see if it is a live being or not. Seeing some movement would really help. I think somewhere in this vast universe there has got to be some other life forms out there.

if scientists knew the exact location of the rover of were the pic was taken. they should definitly return and take more pics. but in my opinion i think (other) forms may or may not exist. if we came to exist wouldn you think others would also have life. they may not need oxygen and H2O like us. or maybe they are more advanced. we still are a young species
