Polk County Library
I think the only thing missing is that Polk County is the only county in TN that does not have a library, and frankly, maybe that's why the people of Polk County do not know why they NEED a library. A wheel tax is a small amount of money for each person to pay that will yield a huge amount of knowledge for our children and adults as well. Does anyone think of the effect that children with a good education, and excellent knowledge can have on our future? And, do people know what vast amounts of knowledge are available at a library. Probably not, if they have never had access to one. I personally believe that the work that has been done to raise money for this library should not go astray. This Library needs to be, and it needs to happen now.
