Email AllieAllie Schrenker graduated from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga in 2019 with a degree in Communications and Creative Writing, along with a fiery passion for women’s rugby. She has been training with the USA Women’s National Rugby team for the past 5 years playing all over the United States and United Kingdom, but is glad to be back to her storytelling roots as a reporter for WDEF News 12.
She is taking the skills she learned while working as the Executive Director for UTC’s Rising Rock Media group and using them to tell the stories of her community. Allie is very excited to be the a member of the News 12 team and looks forward to getting to know the city again.
In her free time, Allie enjoys farmers market meals, swimming in any body of water, and coaching the Chattanooga Queen’s women’s rugby team.
