Police ask for your help to find pair of teenage carjacking suspects

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police are identifying two teenage suspects in a carjacking case from last month that caused serious bodily harm to the victim.

They are looking for 16-year-old Jaden Mason and 17-year-old McCayla Watt.

Investigators say the pair took a car from a driver in the 5300 block of Dorsey Street on the evening of April 23rd.

When the victim tried to get his car back, they pulled off dragging him.

The car ran over his foot which required extensive treatment.

The warrants for Mason and Watt are for Especially Aggravated Robbery and Attempted Murder through juvenile court.

A police release says “Both suspects showed they have no regard for human life when they committed the carjacking and assault.”
