Signing Day Proves Fruitful For Chattanooga Area High School Football Players

Chattanooga-(WDEF-TV) Several Chattanooga area high school football players signed college scholarships Wednesday on Nationals Signing Day. Red Bank play-maker Calvin Jackson signed with Wofford. Jackson scored 85 touchdowns during his career with the Lions. McCallie’s signing party grew so big, they had to move the ceremony to the gym as seven players signed scholarships. Quindarius Dunningan signed with MTSU. Shannon Walker signed with the University of the Cumberlands. Stone Roebuck signed with Berry College. Kristopher Bowman signed with Samford. Cameron Stewart signed with Tennessee State University. Wyatt Hughes singed with Furman, and Brandon Benn signed with Yale. Notre Dame had four kids sign on Wednesday. Cameron Wynn is headed to Florida Atlantic to play for Lane Kiffin. Tarik Nelson and Monroe Beard signed with Arkansas Pine Bluff, and Jordan Ford signed with Garden City College.
