10 men Notre Dame soccer falls short of states via shootout

CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee (WDEF)- A rain storm on and off through the game lead to a 0-0 game where Notre Dame fell in a penalty shootout.

Notre Dame had a few chances to score but in the first extra time CND had a player sent off with two yellows.
