St. Elmo, Tenn. (WDEF) – Today Marks 10 Years of Sweet Success for Clumpies Ice Cream

The local parlor celebrated a decade of serving the Chattanooga community with various local vendors offering arts and crafts, tasty treats, a stylish clothing sale, and beautiful floral arrangements.

Known for their unique flavors and small-batch styles, Clumpies has become a staple in the Scenic City, especially during the hot summer months.

Ava Lafayette, a partner at Clumpies, shares what she believes makes the beloved ice cream shop stand out from other establishments around town.

“I think what makes Clumpies so loved within the community is, first, our ice cream—because it’s so good. It’s all handmade, so it’s incredibly fresh, and we try to create a great environment where everyone can make memories worth repeating—for our guests and our partners. I think what really sets us apart from other companies is how we interact with our guests and help them have the best time possible.”

Clumpies now has three locations across Chattanooga and says they’re looking forward to the next ten years of serving up smiles, one scoop at a time.
