Chattanooga PD search for missing teen

Chattanooga Police need your help finding a missing teen.

17-year-old Elijah Bartley was last seen Sunday leaving a Chattanooga facility where he was receiving treatment for health issues.

Bartley is described as being 5-foot-9 with blonde hair and brown eyes.
