14 arrested in Knox County after TBI meth distribution investigations

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WDEF) — Fourteen have been arrested after investigations revealed a meth distribution operation in Knox County.

The Tennessee Bureau of investigations (TBI) started investigations into large amounts of methamphetamine in December around Knox County.

Throughout the course of the investigation, agents received information connecting Richard Carroll Baker to the case.

Baker is a member of the outlaw motorcycle gang, Pagan’s, and was leading the meth distribution in the area.

Agents also gathered information on a Brian Batson Fox, another member of this motorcycle gang, was helping Baker distribute, along with many others.

A Knox County Grand Jury have charged fifteen individuals as part of this investigation.

Fourteen have been arrested as of this time.

Baker is one of those fourteen and has been charged with Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Sell, Deliver, or Manufacture 300 grams or more of Methamphetamine, three counts of Sale/Delivery of 26 Grams of Methamphetamine.

Fox and the rest of the individuals arrested are charged with Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Sell, Deliver, or Manufacture 300 grams or more of Methamphetamine.
