2 arrested in Monroe burglary case

MONROE COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) — The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people in connection with two burglary cases.

Sheriff Tommy Jones said two burglaries happened in the Reliance area in April. The sheriff’s office started investigating then.

Sheriff Jones announced on Thursday that they had taken two suspects into custody.

He identified the two suspects as Rondull Johnson and Allison Freeman. They also had meth in their possession.

The sheriff’s office is charging them with multiple felony counts and holding them at the Monroe County Justice Center.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office also recovered and is returning some of the stolen property to the victims.

They also thank the community and other law enforcement agencies for their help on this case.
