2 charged with trafficking fentanyl in Walker County

WALKER COUNTY, Ga. (WDEF) — Two people in Walker County were arrested and charged with drug trafficking on Monday, according to the sheriff’s office.

Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit Drug Task Force agents executed a search warrant on Monday, February 26. They searched a home at 10 Reece Street in Rossville.

Agents said they found a trafficking amount of fentanyl inside the house. They also found methamphetamine and methadone pills.

The sheriff’s office said 32-year-old Katelyn Christina Cox and 33-year-old Sean William King were inside the residence.

Authorities charged them both with trafficking fentanyl, possession of meth and possession of a schedule II drug.

They added King also had a warrant from Catoosa County for failure to appear.
