2 residents burned in Highway 58 kitchen fire

HARRISON, Tennessee (WDEF) – Highway 58 firefighters contained a house fire this morning, but two of the residents did suffer burns.

It happened at a home on River Stream Drive around 10:30.

The fire destroyed much of the kitchen, but firefighters managed to stop it there.

But they report a woman suffered a burn to her foot and another woman was burned on the hand.

Both were taken to the hospital.
