2 shot, 3rd person claiming self defense

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Was it murder or self-defense?

That’s what police are investigating after a shooting last night on Bonny Oaks Drive after 11:30.

There were two shooting victim.

Police say a 27 year old at the scene did not want to the taken to the hospital.

But a second person did show up at the hospital.

That 30 year old man died from his injuries.

Police say a third party is claiming he fired in self defense.
