Catoosa County Names New Fire Chief

CATOOSA COUNTY, Ga. (WDEF) — Catoosa County will have a new fire chief to ring in the new year.

On Tuesday, the county appointed Randy Camp to lead the department starting January 1.

Camp is currently the fire chief for Walker County, and has been in that role for 15 years.

Camp will replace Chuck Nichols, who’s retiring after eight-and-a-half years as chief.
