2nd Catoosa County child molestation case in recent days
On Tuesday, Catoosa County Sheriff deputies arrested David Reynolds for allegedly sexually assaulting a girl.
Raynolds has been charged with one counts of child molestation and one count of aggravated sexual battery.
According to the arrest report, the alleged crime occurred in 2013 but authorities didn’t know about it until October of this year.
On Monday, WDEF reported on another child molestation case involving David Ormand Eubanks, 79, of Rock Spring Georgia.
Deputies say the incident occurred inside his home.
News of that case had neighbors talking.
"It’s shocking. I’ve got little sisters out here and it’s unacceptable. It blows me away. It really does," said Josh Lane.
"The party involved is innocent. I believe that if it did happen, it was somewhere else with someone else. I do not believe this person is guilty. I’ve known him for 15-years. He’s one of the most kind people I know," said Deborah Moberly.
It’s unclear if either men have obtained a defense attorney.
