31 Year Old Woman Shot in Chattanooga’s Latest Shooting

Chattanooga (WDEF) The fireworks on the 4th started early on the streets of Chattanooga.

Around 1:30am, police went to the Speedway on East 3rd Street to investigate a shots fired call. Upon arrival, they found shell casings.

About 10-minutes later, they received a call about a person shot four-blocks over.

Then, around 2:00am, 31-year old Latasha Jones arrived at the hospital suffering from a serious, life-threatening gunshot wound.  She went into surgery immediately. Officers found multiple bullet holes in Jones’ vehicle.
