Rhea County man faces charges for forged will
Rhea County, TN (WDEF) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation started investigating a Rhea County man after accusations that he was benefitting from a forged will after his uncle died.
TBI agents found that 42-year-old Mark Lynn Blaylock knew that the will filed for his uncle Jeffery P. Morgan was forged.
That forged will benefited him.
Investigators say Blaylock also misled them about the will’s authenticity.
The Rhea County Grand Jury indicted Blaylock for count of Forgery, three counts of Perjury and one count of Passing of a Forged Document Monday.
Blaylock turned himself in to the Rhea County Jail and is now out on a $5,000 bond.
