Chattanooga and ETSU Competing For “The Rail” Saturday in Johnson City

After upsetting 17th ranked Samford over the weekend, the Chattanooga Mocs jumped into the national rankings this week, landing at number twenty in the STATS poll.
UTC will try to go to 5-0 this weekend as they face rival ETSU. Chattanooga will not only be competing for bragging rights against the Bucs but this brand new trophy. It’s called “The Rail”, symbolizing the railroad tracks between UTC and ETSU. It’s 5-foot-7 in length, signifying 57 years ago that this rivalry began. The Rail also weighs 108-pounds.
