The “Industrial” style of the proposed Broad Street Publix store
CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Developers of a new Publix on South Broad street will go before the county board of zoning appeals November 7th to seek a variance for the proposed store.
They have already received approval from the Regional Planning council.
The 32,000 square foot store will have a different look from others.
Developers say it will have an industrial look, which is a reflection of the area’s industrial past.
