Chattanooga man fatally shot in Knoxville

KNOXVILLE, Tennessee (WDEF) – 24 year old Lizarrius Rice from Chattanooga was shot to death over the weekend in Knoxville.

Two men were shot Saturday night at some apartments in the downtown area.

Rice was shot multiple times and succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.

The second victim was in stable condition.

Knoxville Police has no suspects in custody at this point.
