More drug charges added against Hamilton County Corrections Officer

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Hamilton County officials say more charges have been added against a corrections officer.

Kaquience Williams was charged after a traffic stop.

The original charge was possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Now the Sheriff’s Office has added two more charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

According to an affidavit, deputies found meth and cocaine in her car.

She has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of both a criminal and internal investigation.
