Mocs Not Overlooking VMI For Homecoming

Chattanooga-(WDEF-TV) The Mocs could not have picked a better homecoming opponent for tomorrow in VMI. The Keydets are 0-7 this year, and they’ve lost twenty consecutive Southern Conference games. But the Mocs aren’t paying attention to those numbers. VMI has a few close losses this season, and their quarterback Reece Udinski is the second leading passer in the SoCon.  Said Mocs head coach Tom Arth:”You know he’s a big, strong. He’s 6’4, 230-pound quarterback. Strong arm. Very confident in his ability to throw the football. Put it in some tight windows.”
Said defensive lineman Isaiah Mack:”Being such a run driven league. Don’t get to see a lot of teams that pass like Samford and VMI. Whenever they finally get on the schedule, I can’t wait to play them.”
Said receiver Bryce Nunnelly:”They play hard. I know they’re 0-7, but they could easily. They’re going to come into this week thinking they are going to win.”
