Cleveland High Football Coach Ron Crawford Takes Job at Brentwood
Cleveland High School football coach Ron Crawford has resigned to take the head coaching job at Brentwood High School.

Dr. Martin Ringstaff of Cleveland City Schools announces the resignation of Cleveland
High School Football Coach, Ron Crawford, effective January 5,2015. Crawford will return
to Brentwood High School. In three seasons with the Blue Raiders, Coach Crawford
compiled a 2I-15 record. Crawford cited family reasons for returning to Brentwood.
Director of Schools Martin Ringstaff said, "I appreciate the enthusiasm and dedication of
Coach Crawford over the past three years. Our tradition of excellence will continue at
Cleveland High School. We wish all the best to Ron and his family." Cleveland High
School Principal Autumn O’Bryan said, "Ron Crawford is an excellent coach, educator, and
colleague. He has left his mark on the Cleveland High School campus. He worked hard to
build a staff that has developed a successful system for our student athletes. We are
committed to sustaining the longstanding reputation of athletic excellence with the hiring
of our next football coach."
Cleveland City Schools will begin the search for a new head football coach in Januarv.
