Lost Shitzu-Jack Russell mix

He is part shitzu and jack Russell definitely looks more like shitzu. His left eye is completely clouded with cataract and his right eye has started to cloud also. I was struck by a drunk driver on 12/2/18 and transported by ems to a hospital and have not seen him sense the accident occurred.
