Authorities charge two more teens with murder in Morgantown

BLUE RIDGE, Georgia (WDEF) – The Georgia Bureau of Investigation announces two more arrests for a murder in Fannin County this week.

Investigators had already charged a pair of 15 year olds with the shooting.

Now they have arrested 15 year old Dalton Levi Manuel from Morgantown and charged him with murder.

And they charged a 16 year old with being a party to the crime of murder.

Investigators still have not released a motive or a relationship for the incident.

We know that a woman called 911 on Tuesday saying she and a man with her had been shot at a home between Blue Ridge and Morgantown.

They found 33 year old Justin McKinney dead.

The woman was taken to the hospital.

They charged Blake Dickey and Hunter Hill later on Tuesday with murder.
