Tyner clear of bed bugs

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – A report from the Hamilton County Health Department says Tyner High School is clear of all bed bugs.

The school system was made aware of a potential bed bug problem in one classroom earlier this week.

An extermination crew arrived at the school Tuesday.

The Health Department then inspected the high school Wednesday.

They removed a chair and treated a block of rooms as a precaution.

The report says the department will continue to monitor the situation, but currently the issue has been resolved.
