App Helps with Chattanooga Neighborhood Watch
A new app is taking neighborhood watch groups to a new level here in Chattanooga.
Olga De Klein says the Highland Park area is embracing a new smart phone app called Village Defense to step up their neighborhood watch.
Members get either a text or a voice mail when another neighbors spots something suspicious.
She says it’s like a much faster and efficient neighborhood watch program.
"If there is something that somebody needs to know about it right away we type it in here and it goes out in a few seconds," said De Klein.
