DUI Charge for Woman Accused of Hitting Fireman

        The woman who hit and injured a Chattanooga fire fighter has now been charged.
        Andrea Payne was indicted by the Hamilton County Grand Jury.
        Police say she hit Lt. Larry O’ Rear on February 1st while he was working the scene of a wreck.
        She’s been charged with DUI, Vehicular Assault, Leaving the Scene of a Crash, among other charges.
        The Chattanooga Fire Department says Lt. O’ Rear is now home recovering from his serious injures.
