JOE FRUGAL: YouTube Kids App Now Available for Free

     The YouTube Kids app just launched.
     The Google-owned company says the app makes it safer and easier for children to find videos just for them.
     You can browse channels and playlists in four categories: Shows, Music, Learning and Explore. Or search for videos of particular interest to your family.
     The app also features parental controls that include a timer and search settings.
     The app is a free download on Google Play and Apple’s App Store.
