Inmate dies Friday night at Bradley County jail

CLEVELAND, Tennessee (WDEF) – The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office reports than an inmate died inside the jail on Friday night.

They say correctional staff found two males unresponsive.

They attempted life saving efforts and then sent them to the hospital.

Sheriff’s officials say one of the inmates died and the other is recovering.

The TBI will investigate the death.

Sheriff’s officials are not releasing any other information at this time.
