Loose trailer crashes into pole, car in News 12 lot
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — A truck pulling a trailer full of scrap metal lost that trailer Monday afternoon, with the trailer crashing into a pole and car.
The trailer took out a pole and smashed into a car in the News 12 parking lot at about 1:40 p.m.
The small, white truck kept driving and left the scene.
Broad Street Fast Lube’s security cameras caught the truck pulling the trailer on video.

The pole is now dangling from the overhead lines and is not connected to the ground.
So far, it is unclear who was responsible.
