Chattanooga Police searching for suspect who stole Sugar’s Ribs’ safe
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Someone broke into the Sugar’s Ribs restaurant in Chattanooga and stole their safe, according to police.
Officers responded to the restaurant on 15th Avenue at 8 a.m. on Monday.
The burglary happened sometime overnight, police said. It was between the hours of 11 p.m. Sunday, when the last employee left, and 5 a.m. Monday, when the next employee arrived.
The burglar shattered a glass door, forced open a wooden door and stole the business’s safe, police explained.
The Chattanooga Police Department says they are investigating. However, they currently have no suspect leads.
