Ringgold versus LFO is a rivalry built on history.
Said Crisp: You’re not going to see many games that are blowout games. It’s going to be a close game no matter how good one team is or how bad the other team is.
Added Bryan: “It’s all these, the kids from both schools really want this football game. We view heritage as rivals, well they are new and this, this rivalry’s been around a long time and so it goes back a ways.
Both coaches agree weird things happen in football and weird things happen in rivalry. So you can expect weird things to happen in this game.
Said Bryan: “Well, we hope the weird things happen to help us is what we’d like to have happen. But yeah, there’s always a, you know, any games like this, it, it, it region games, you have region game on the line, your rivals in your region. All those things add up to make it very, uh, it’s very fun for the kids.
Said Crisp: A great situation. Weird things have happened with injuries. Weird things have happened with injuries with them. Um, weird things are going to happen this game. It’s just how it is with, with how these rivalries sometimes go.
This rivalry means something to the county that can’t always be put into words.
