Bradley Central’s Boo Carter Takes Home Mr. Football Award

Nashville-(WDEF-TV) Winners of the TSSAA Mr. Football Awards were announced Tuesday during a ceremony at the Titans Nissan Stadium in Nashville.

Bradley Central’s Boo Carter was a pretty cool customer on the stage with his sunglasses. He was a finalist for the 6A award, and the Vols commit took home the trophy.

Carter is dynamite with the ball in his hands, racking up nearly 12-hundred all-purpose yards in the regular season.

Carter:”I

t was amazing. Very exciting. I was pumped. I’ve been wanting it my whole four years, and I got it this year. So yeah it was just amazing. I know it was my first year at Bradley, but I feel like I have been there for some years. That’s how I feel. They really appreciated me coming there.”
Reporter:”You going to Tennessee. Are you signing in December?”
Carter:”Yeah.”
Reporter:”Do you know what position wise you are going to play?”
Carter:”Both sides. Kick return. Punt return. Safety. Slot. Everything.”
Reporter:”Everything. Okay.”
