Man escaped from Mocassin Bend Mental Health Facility
Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) Chattanooga Police working to issue an arrest warrant for 48-year-old Marc Smalley.
He’s the suspect that escaped from the Moccasin Bend Mental Health facility Wednesday.
Police say he swam across the river and
believe he got access to a vehicle on I-24.They also say Smalley has
several criminal charges out of Bradley County and could be headed that direction.If you know anything, please call police at
