UPDATE: Tractor trailer driver to be cited for train versus truck accident in Dade County.

UPDATE: Georgia State Patrol Trooper tells News 12 the driver of the tractor trailer will be cited for the crash.

The driver told GSP he stopped the truck completely before crossing the tracks, but a witness behind the truck says it did not stop completely and that the train was blowing its horn at the truck.

There are no cross bars at this intersection.

Wreckers are there to clean up the accident.

Trenton, GA (WDEF) Georgia State Patrol is investigating how a train hit a tractor trailer in Dade County… splitting it in half!

No one was hurt.

It happened at Harris Street and Highway 11.
