UPDATE: Homicide Victim Identified

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – UPDATE: Chattanooga Police identify the victim from a fatal shooting Saturday on Tunnel Boulevard.

66-year-old Robert Rutledge passed away.

Javonte Davis and Gary Toney Jr.  have been charged in this case.

Police continue to investigate.
